About Me

Throughout my career as a psychologist I have worked across a variety of roles in mental health, addiction and wellbeing, allowing me to engage with people of all ages, genders and backgrounds. My experiences have made me an easygoing psychologist who looks at things in a practical, realistic and straightforward way that will allow you to apply the skills and strategies we discuss directly to your life. This is key, because one thing I have continually noticed is that life isn’t always easy and at these times it is really helpful to have someone to talk to when it suits you.

Psychology to me centres on you. It’s about us discussing topics and situations in your life so I can understand you and work with you to overcome the difficulties or struggles you may be experiencing. It’s not a space for judgement, but one where you are accepted and valued. Your goals will be explored in a practical, solutions-focused way that will allow you to progress and experience greater wellbeing in the form of happiness, satisfaction and fulfillment in life. Your journey towards this will be unique, but definitely something I want to assist you with.
